2024 - 2025 Winter Training

December 3 - February 21 (off December 23 - January 3)

Three registration options for the 10 week season (2 weeks off). Sign up for one, two, or all three.

  1. Three days of indoor rowing - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

    • One of the three days will also include weightlifting (most likely Thursday)

  2. Yoga - Friday

  3. Saturday rowing at Lake Higgins 9-11am

    • rowers need to have previous experience, we will only be rowing doubles and quads

Indoor Rowing

Practice three times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 - 6:45pm

  • Tuesday - erging

  • Wednesday - erging

  • Thursday - Weightlifting and erging

    • Weightlifting will be led by Dylan Confar, a USA Weightlifting coach

  • cost $360

Friday Yoga

Sessions will be Friday afternoon 5:30 - 6:30pm

  • Develop power, balance, and body awareness this winter in a fun environment

  • cost $120

Saturday Rowing at Lake Higgins

Practice 9-11am

  • We will be rowing doubles and quads, this is a fun way to stay on the water

  • cost $120
